MediterIndian Pizza
If you are looking for something a little different with a Mediterranean twist, this recipe is for you! It is super easy too, less than 30 minutes including chopping time!

MediterIndian Pizzas
Makes 4 servings

2 pieces of Naan or 4 Pitas (whole grain is best)
1 cup hummus
1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
¼ cup red onion, chopped
½ of a 14 oz can of artichoke hearts, chopped
½ tsp basil
½ tsp oregano
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 chicken breasts (8 oz total), cooked and chopped

Spread hummus on Naan or Pita bread. Top pizzas with tomatoes, onion, artichoke hearts, feta, and chicken. Sprinkle basil and oregano on top. Bake at 400 F for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy your MediterIndian Pizza! Shown in the photo with Kale Chips (chop kale coarsely, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and bake at 400 F for 10 minutes stirring once).

Tips: You can find some whole wheat pita bread or Naan, and that may increase fiber content of pizza. You can add olives if you prefer, but that will increase calories some.
